Delivery Areas We deliver nationwide across the UK. Local delivery options may be available depending on your postcode — please enquire at the time of ordering.
Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT/BST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- Local/regional delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
- Pallet and bulk orders: 3–7 business days — we will contact you to confirm a delivery slot
Shipping Rates Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. VAT is charged on all delivery fees in accordance with UK tax regulations. Free delivery thresholds may apply — check our current promotions for details.
Bulk & Pallet Orders For large volume or pallet orders, please contact us directly to arrange delivery. Kerbside delivery is standard for pallet drops unless otherwise agreed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles.
Delivery Issues If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
